HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
All of our products are sourced locally and usually arrive between 3-5 business days after your order has been processed.
Orders for express shipping usually arrive between 1-2 business days.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
No, at the current point in time we are only shipping to customers within Australia.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality. If you received an item with a manufacturing fault, we will help resolve the problem as fast as possible. If you receive your item but are unhappy with the purchase, we will not refund the item unless it arrived damaged, deformed or significantly different to what was described or pictured on our website.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED?
Yes! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 hours of when you placed the order if you require any changes.
WHAT IF MY ITEM NEVER ARRIVES/ IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Once your parcels have left our warehouse they are then the property of the courier companies that each supplier chooses. We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you and potentially refund you.
